Dr Mandy Vidovich

Principal Clinical Neuropsychologist / Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Having worked as a clinician for over 20 years, Mandy has been fortunate to have opportunities within her career to work within the Health Department and University settings, to obtain an NHMRC grant as part of her research and PhD accomplishments, and to have developed, owned, and operated, thriving clinical practices delivering exceptional community-based psychological services.  She has extensive experience in the neuropsychological assessment of adults and older adults referred from forensic, medico-legal, and clinical settings. Mandy also has a comprehensive understanding of cognitive rehabilitation and behavioural management.  Her forensic experience sees her provide expert neuropsychological opinion across various forums including the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) and the District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia.  Mandy also holds sessional appointments with the Prisoners Review Board, Mentally Impaired Accused Review Board, and the SAT.  Previously the Chair of the WA Branch of the College of Clinical Neuropsychologists (CCN), Mandy is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the APS CCN, the Australian Society for the Study of Brain Impairment (ASSBI), and the Australian and New Zealand Association of Psychiatry, Psychology and Law (ANZAPPL).

Her dedicated, hardworking, and considerate nature, together with her work across the justice and disability sectors, allows for insightful, professional, and respectful, approaches to diverse service provision.

Dr Cindy Cabeleira

Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist

MPsych/PhD Clinical Neuropsychology (AHPRA Registration:  PSY0001595251)

Since 2014, Cindy has held a number of clinical positions within the Health Department and worked in private practice.  Having previously managed the Neuropsychology Service for the state-wide WA Adult Epilepsy Service for 5 years, she also held clinical positions at the State Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service at the Shenton Park Campus of Royal Perth Hospital, and the Neurosciences Unit (NSU) at Graylands Hospital.  She undertakes general neuropsychological/clinical, decision-making capacity, fitness for work, medicolegal/compensation and forensic assessments. 

Cindy’s areas of special interest include: dementia, epilepsy, brain injury, decision-making capacity, and medico-legal and forensic neuropsychology.  Her broad clinical experience, including extensive work with culturally diverse, and socially disadvantaged, groups is well coupled with her easy-going, professional, and caring, disposition.

Dr Amanda Ng

Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist

MPsych/PhD Clinical Neuropsychology (AHPRA Registration:  PSY0001813747)

Amanda is an endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist with AHPRA and is a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor. She has worked in private practice, community mental health, and in inpatient medical and psychiatric settings, including as the Head of department of Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group’s Psychology Department.

Given Amanda’s extensive clinical experience, she is well placed to undertake assessments with individuals aged 16 years and above, with neurodevelopmental, medical, psychiatric, neurological, and neurodegenerative conditions. Coming from a culturally and linguistically diverse background, Amanda has a deep appreciation of the role that these factors may have upon a person’s clinical presentation and their treatment needs. She highly values the fostering of a comfortable and collaborative environment to help clients feel heard and at ease.

Dr Georgia Phillips

Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist

D Psych (Clin Neuro) (AHPRA Registration:  PSY0001541676)

Having graduated from Macquarie University, Sydney, in 2010, Georgia has over ten years of experience working with adults and older adults, specialising in neuropsychological assessment of individuals with diagnosed or suspected neurological and/or psychiatric disorders. She also has a particular interest in young onset neurodegenerative conditions and their associated neuropsychological profiles.

Georgia is registered to practice as a Clinical Neuropsychologist with AHPRA, endorsed as a Clinical Neuropsychologist. She is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a Fellow of the College of Clinical Neuropsychologists (CCN).  Patient, thorough, and constructive, in her approach, Georgia has extensive experience in guiding families in their journey with dementia, including education regarding prognosis, strategies, and external service providers.

Ms Bedrija Parsons (Betty)

Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist

Betty is an AHPRA endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist and Psychology board approved supervisor. She has over 10 years of experience working in a verity in public and private healthier settings including inpatient community-based rehabilitation, acute tertiary hospital, and inpatient and outpatient mental health. Betty has diverse experience working with youth and adults with a range of medical comorbidities, neurodevelopmental vulnerabilities, mental health disorders and complex psychosocial difficulties. She also enjoys teaching, mentoring, and supervising new clinicians and students.  

Betty’s clinical work across the public and private sectors, equips her with diverse knowledge regarding external service providers who can also offer additional therapeutic inputs. Betty’s welcoming, understanding, and responsive nature, fosters open collaboration with you and your treating team, insuring you receive valuable, supportive, and effective, service delivery.

Ms Rachel Zombor

Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist

Rachel is an AHPRA endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist, and board approved supervisor and has worked across a range of settings including acute medical, rehabilitation, and mental health. She has particular expertise and interest in the field of decision making capacity.  She has established and led numerous neuropsychology and mental health services within the WA public health system, as well as having been involved in postgraduate teaching and clinical supervision. Rachel’s wealth of knowledge across public, private, and disability sectors, together with her depth of understanding, professional experience, and dependable nature, contribute to her accommodating, balanced, and sensitive approach. Rachel is a member of the APS and Fellow of the College of Clinical Neuropsychologists.

Ms Suzanne Mitchell

Clinical Neuropsychologist / Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Suzanne is an AHPRA registered Clinical Neuropsychologist and NDIS registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who began her career in the disability sector in 2009. Suzanne’s areas of clinical focus include neuropsychological assessment and intervention of neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., ASD, ADHD, intellectual disability, genetic vulnerabilities), cognitive impairment in the context of early trauma, disability within the forensic field, and acquired brain injuries. She has extensive experience working with individuals with complex and multifactorial disability profiles, including those who are non-verbal and/or presenting with severe behavioural challenges. Suzanne works with clients within the private sector and those seeking eligibility to, or who are currently participating in, the NDIS.  Having comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS framework, Suzanne is a strong advocate for the right of choice and control for all individuals.  Dedicated, thorough, and practical in her approach, her problem-solving ability and strategic style are readily evident in her commitment to her clients.

Ms Ann Keogh

Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

MSc ABA

Ann graduated in 2013 with a Social Science degree and has a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from the Queen’s University Belfast.  Having worked in the PBS field since 2013, Ann has worked overseas and interstate in both early intervention programs and transition programs in school and in-home settings. Ann is passionate about working with, clients who have come from mental health settings,  those who have neurodevelopmental disorders and individuals who have experienced trauma in early childhood. She utilises both a trauma-informed approach and polyvagal trauma theory to promote positive outcomes for individuals she supports.  Ann is currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), so she can supervise others training in the field of ABA.

Ann ensures that every voice is heard, and has a wealth of experience in navigating service provision, advocating for participants and families, and implementing best practice, evidenced-based clinical interventions.  Passionate and devoted, she adopts a collaborative, proficient, and holistic, style of intervention.

Ms Simone Fonceca

Registered Psychologist / Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

(AHPRA Registration: PSY0002503705)

Simone is a generally registered psychologist with AHPRA and a registered Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission (P1587090). Simone has experience working with individuals with mental health and psychosocial challenges, including the provision of recovery-oriented support work and the facilitation of group therapy programs within clinical settings. She provides PBS and psychological services to NDIS participants with various disability profiles, who have complex needs and behaviours.  Strongly committed to working in partnership with her clients and their support systems, Simone believes in undertaking a strengths-based, person-centred, approach. Her openness, and warm and empathic nature, allows her to form strong working relationships that support her clients to improve their quality of life and to achieve their full potential.

Ms Tanya Cavlovic

Senior Speech Pathologist  / Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Tanya is a Speech Pathologist who began her career over 25 years ago, and is registered with Speech Pathology Australia. Having held roles in the disability and aged care sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom, Tanya has acquired extensive experience working within multidisciplinary teams across a variety of environments, including acute, post-acute rehabilitation, and community settings. She works with adults and older adults, with specific expertise in acquired communication and swallowing difficulties, such as those related to various neurological and neurodegenerative conditions. 

 With a strong passion for person centred care, Tanya strives to consider the dignity of risk, alongside safe management strategies, to maximise her clients’ quality of life. As an authentic, compassionate, and pragmatic clinician, she brings flexible and individualised approaches to managing day-to-day communication and swallowing challenges. 

Ms Jasmine Epiro

NDIS Liaison / Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Jasmine holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Western Australia. She has experience working with adolescents with complex mental health issues, as well as their families, within an acute inpatient setting. She also previously worked as a child protection worker for the Department of Communities, engaging with vulnerable families to build their capacity and increase social wellbeing. Now within the disability sector, Jasmine prioritises a person-centred, trauma-informed, and strength-based approach.

 As a strong advocate for the wellbeing of her clients, Jasmine is committed to working towards building, and extending upon, their personal strengths. She values the development of collaborative and positive relationships with families and support teams, to empower clients and assist them in achieving their goals. Her warm, considerate, and resilient nature are assets, affording her a particular strength in problem-solving challenging situations. Collectively, Jasmine’s experience and disposition makes her well placed to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
